Gary Valenciano, Aga Muhlach and Robin Padilla, among others, had brightened up the day of teachers that attended PLDT Gabay Guro grand gathering by performing songs, raffling off prizes and sharing heartfelt stories that tipped hats off to one of the country’s unsung heroes.

Pasig City Mayor Robert C. Eusebio turns over to Department of Education Secretary Armin A. Luistro the symbolic key for the houses awarded to 100 public school teacher beneficiaries of the housing project of the city government in Barangay Maybunga, Pasig City last Oct. 22, 2012.
